We built White Oaks for couples who want more than a room for a reception. The goal was to create a property where the entire wedding day could unfold naturally, from getting ready and the ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, and the final send-off.
That meant creating spaces that feel beautiful on their own while remaining flexible enough for each couple to make them personal. Instead of designing White Oaks around one wedding style, we designed it around choice.
The White Oaks property combines open land, mature trees, water views, outdoor ceremony settings, and a dedicated reception space within one private estate. Couples and their guests can move from one part of the celebration to another without leaving the property.
At the center of the venue is approximately 9,800 square feet of event space, including two private getting ready suites, a family room, a full catering prep kitchen, and the Main Hall, which can comfortably seat up to 220 guests.
One of the things that makes White Oaks different is the ability to choose the setting that feels right for your ceremony. Rather than building the entire property around a single ceremony backdrop, we created five distinct outdoor options.

Outdoor weddings are beautiful, but we also knew the venue had to work when South Carolina weather had other plans. The Main Hall is fully heated and air conditioned, while the 1,700 square foot covered veranda includes fans and ceiling-mounted heat panels.
The result is a property designed to give couples options throughout the year instead of making the success of the day depend on a perfect forecast.
