Host Bar Packages

White Oaks hosts four (4) options for your “host bar” during your event. The Beer & Wine and Liquor, Beer & Wine option is where we arrange to have your selected material quantities based on your guest count and servings recommended for the event. Our Signature Mocktail option allows you to create two (2) of your favorite non-alcoholic mixed drinks meant to replicate the presentation and complexity of a craft cocktail, just without the alcohol. Our BYO option is beneficial for our local couples that want to limit the amount of alcohol investment, purchase and transport their own alcohol or plan on having having a stock the bar party to supply at the wedding. Host bar packages are typically 4 hours from cocktail hour through departure and based on the total guest count over the age of 21. All packages are based on a four (4) hour bar service and includes set up, break down & clean up of the Main Hall Bar & our custom Veranda Bar for cocktail hour. An additional hour can be added to the standard bar service.

BYO Alcohol Package – 4 Hours includes 2 Bartenders

This 4 Hour service includes Veranda bar & Main bar set up, (2) bartenders, alcohol insurance, 500 disposable cups & napkins for up to 100 guests. One (1) bartender is needed per 50 additional guests at $300 each bartender. Client provides all alcohol, mixers & additional material based on our calculations & guidelines do apply. One additional hour can be added if desired at the prorated fee. Signature & all liquor drinks are limited to only two ingredients. Client provides up to 3 Beer, 2 Wine, 4 Liquor & 3 Garnishes.

Signature Mocktails & Non-Alcoholic Package – 4 Hour Minimum **(Non Alcoholic)**

$9 per person, per hour of non-alcoholic bar service with a four (4) hour minimum which includes two (2) signature non-alcoholic mocktails, non alcoholic bar package, bartenders, both bar set ups, ingredient allowance, upgraded 10 oz. disposable stemless wine cups, and liability insurance.

Two (2) Signature Non-Alcoholic Mocktails

All Mocktails are fully customizable and are simply cocktails without the liquor. Garnishes and mixers are based on the mixer package. Mix and mingle your favorite 3 flavors or ingredients to create your signature mocktail.

-Mixers & Garnishes included to choose from: Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Cherries, Water, OJ, Pineapple Juice, Simple Syrup, Grenadine, Cranberry, Tonic, Club Soda.

-Non-alcoholic package includes: Water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale.

** Servings amounts are based on 5 to 6 servings per person over a 4 hour period. Servings amounts will be split between the two signature drinks. Additional Ingredients for your Signature Mocktail will be priced at Market Price per serving. Package Price will increase if the guest count is below 100 guests**

Beer & Wine Service – 4 Hour Minimum

$9 per person, per hour of bar service with a four (4) hour minimum which includes bartenders, both bar set ups, alcohol allowance, cups, corkage and liquor liability insurance.

$12 per person, per hour of bar service with a four (4) hour minimum which includes bartenders, beer & wine service, both bar set ups, alcohol allowance, cups, mixer package, corkage and liquor liability insurance.
