White Oaks Farm sits on a private 43 acre estate in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina, less than 10 miles from the heart of North Myrtle Beach. We designed it as a modern, elegant space that adapts to your vision rather than forcing your vision to fit the room.
The property centers on roughly 9,800 square feet of event space. That includes two private getting ready suites, a family room, a full catering prep kitchen, and a main hall large enough to comfortably seat up to 220 of your closest family and friends.
Your celebration does not have to stay inside. Step out onto our 1,700 square foot veranda, gather on one of our ceremony lawns beside the pond, or spill into the courtyard built for lawn games, s’mores around the fire pit, and easy time with the people you love.
The hardest decision you will make here is which ceremony spot to choose. White Oaks offers five distinct outdoor ceremony settings, plus the covered veranda as your rain backup so the weather never makes the choice for you.
Comfort is built in. The main hall is fully heated and air conditioned, and the veranda is fitted with fans and ceiling mounted heat panels. No one spends your reception hunting for a patio heater or a fan. You and your guests stay comfortable in whatever you are wearing, in whatever the forecast brings.
