Once we know your date, your estimated guest count, and how you picture the day, our team sends current pricing and a personalized proposal directly, usually alongside a private tour of the estate.
We made that choice on purpose. A single posted number cannot tell you whether it covers the ceremony site, the chairs, the getting ready suites, the rain plan, or the coordination, and those inclusions are exactly what make one venue’s price mean something different from another’s. Our venue rental includes the full 43 acre estate for your wedding day: the 9,800 square foot Main Hall, five outdoor ceremony sites, the covered Veranda, a bridal suite and groom’s suite with a family room between them, ceremony and reception seating, a prep kitchen for your caterer, parking, and our concierge service. Spring and fall are our most requested seasons on the Grand Strand, and those dates book first. Summer weddings are popular with couples whose guests are already vacationing in Myrtle Beach. Winter is the quietest stretch of our calendar. If your date is flexible, that flexibility is the single easiest way to influence your White Oaks Farm wedding cost, because it opens up days with different rates and gives you more choice on vendors.
Day of the week is the biggest single factor in our venue rental price. Saturday is our most requested day and carries our highest rate. Friday and Sunday are priced differently from Saturday, and weekday elopements and Thursday micro weddings are priced differently again. Same estate, same spaces, same team. Your guest count affects your total cost in two ways. First, the venue itself: our Main Hall seats up to 220 guests, and 250 is the absolute maximum occupancy including vendors and staff. Events with more than 200 guests carry an additional staffing and cleaning fee, because a room that full takes more people to run and reset. Second, everything you pay per person: catering, bar, rentals, and stationery. On an all inclusive wedding, guest count is the main driver of your proposal because those per person costs are built into it.
Most of our couples hold both the ceremony and the reception on the property, and our rental is built around that. Hosting your ceremony here means your guests never get in a car between the vows and cocktail hour, and it means you are not paying for a second location. If you are only holding a reception with us because you are marrying in a church, tell us when you inquire. It does not change the rental, but it changes how we plan your timeline.
Your rental includes the whole estate, so choosing one ceremony site over another does not change the price. What can change the price is how you use the spaces. A cocktail hour on the Veranda flowing into dinner in the Main Hall is a standard flow for us. A tented dinner on the lawn or a layout that needs rentals beyond our chairs and tables is a conversation, because those items come through rental companies. Your floor plan is due 30 days before your wedding through our client portal, and the standard event day runs through 11 pm with everyone off the property by then. Music ends at 10 pm. An hourly fee applies if the building is not cleared by the end time, so we plan your timeline with you to avoid it. Elaborate installations, large floral structures, or specialty lighting are welcome, but they are handled by your vendors and priced by them.
Some services are included and some are optional. Included: the concierge service, the rehearsal hour, and for weekday weddings, two hours of bridal portrait time on the property Monday through Thursday. Optional and priced separately: linens through the venue on single day rentals, and our bar packages, which are outlined on our host bar packages page. Bar is one of the largest variables in Myrtle Beach wedding costs overall, so decide early whether you want a full bar, beer and wine, or a limited offering.
A refundable security deposit is held on file for every event regardless of size and returned after the wedding provided the property is left as agreed. Every event needs an event liability policy that includes host liquor liability, which we will spell out for you. A processing fee applies to card and online payments, and paying by check avoids it. Your planner must come from our preferred list or be approved by us. Caterers, DJs, and other vendors can come from outside our list after an approval process, submitted at least 60 days before your date. The all inclusive wedding has a higher venue price because it includes the major services of the day, not just the property. The single day rental has a lower venue price, but you then contract catering, bar, planning, music, and rentals separately, and those add up to a total that is often closer to the all inclusive number than couples expect.
