Full Event Planning + Management $7,500

White Oaks Concierge Style Full Event Planning package is simply to guide you every step of the way. This service is best suited for the couple that wants to eliminate anxiety, stress and the time restraints of all of the vendor selection, research and contract negotiations. Your team will provide cost saving solutions to help you stay on budget but achieve all your goals. We will be involved in all vendor selection, securing, and negotiations in order to build the perfect team for your special day. Your personal client portal is at your fingertips access to help manage, create and understand your vision and desired goals for the look you have always dreamt of. Unlimited virtual meetings, calls and emails. This way you can simply call someone anytime you have a concern, question or just need to bounce an idea around. This package also includes our event management service and typically starts 12 months out from the event date. *Availability is limited & is based on our dedicated all inclusive schedule*

Event Management $3,000

White Oaks Month of Management and Coordination package is for the couple that has taken the time to plan their wedding, hired their vendors themselves but still needs expert guidance to direct and assist on the day of their wedding. We will create the wedding day timeline, coordinate the on-site rehearsal the morning of, placement of your personal items, signage & decor, confirm and manage all vendors, and pack up at the end of the night. This package starts 6 weeks from your wedding day to gather everything that you’ve planned. Day of staff for up to 200 guests count. *Availability is limited & is based on our dedicated all inclusive schedule*

Cigar Bar $800

These 40 exclusive blended cigar’s will appeal to a broad range of smokers and range from mild to medium in strength. Addition guest $15 per.

Fireworks Send-Off $2,500

Make your grand exit unforgettable with a dazzling Fireworks Send-off, creating magical moments that will last a lifetime. SkyLine Pyrotechnics’ 2 minute fireworks exit add-on is a brilliant way to dazzle your guests on the big day. A fireworks exit is bound to excite and impress all of those in attendance. The fireworks can be scheduled as your send off or combined with your last dance as everyone gathers together for the show & epic photos.

Polyester Floor Length Linen $30 per table linen

Complete the look of your reception with luxurious Polyester Floor-Length Linens, adding a touch of refinement to your tablescape. Once your table layout is finalized based on your guest count White Oaks will order, pickup, cover tables and return the linens after your event with your polyester linen of choice. This will save the anxiety of doing it yourself or tasking someone else. This price includes the linen color of your choice. Speciality linens can be quoted.
