Multi-Day Packages


Add Thursday, Friday or Sunday to your Saturday booking for $2,000 off of that additional days rate 
Couples tell us they love having the venue for two days, to be able to come in, have brunch while decorating, and their rehearsal dinner, reception and the ceremony all at one place. The additional day from 2pm to 9pm will give vendors more time to get prepared for guest counts that are over 200.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday Full Weekend

Price of the full Friday & Saturday rate & $2,000 off Sundays rate     
This is a popular option for all of the destination brides that want to spend more time with the people they have gathered together to experience this celebration. Enjoy the weekend to fill with all the activities, creating an unforgettable weekend. This way you can have a catered Sunday brunch, complete with a bloody mary or mimosa bar, to thank everyone for attending your special day. This also offers all the time you need if the guest count is over 300 and your vendors need more time to get rented equipment or tents down etc.

Micro / Elopement & Hourly Packages


Micro / Elopement Packages – $6,000 This 10 hour packages is for an intimate guest count up to 50 including bridal party. Standard amenities are included with this package. Access to the venue begins at noon on the day of your event and ends at 10pm. This package is available for booking any weekdays. Weekends are only available when booked 60 day out.

Weekday Hourly – $600 Choose your desired location on the property to have your event. Whether it’s a birthday party on the lawns, a class in the main hall, or a family reunion on the veranda. It’s your private time. Not available for weddings.

Hourly bookings have a 6 hour minimum

Premium Saturday All-Inclusive Wedding Package – $59,000 

Based on 100 guests and then add approximately $250 per additional guest

The White Oaks Premium All-Inclusive Package will relieve the majority of the stress and anxiety from the marathon of planning your wedding!

Alongside our experienced and most trusted vendors, the White Oaks team will handle the needed tasks offering time savings and the ease of burden off of our couples’ shoulders. It’s easy! You simply meet with our team initially to discuss your vision. With our guidance you select from our curated list of preferred vendors based on your personal preferences, then the planning process begins. Not to worry though, we coordinate with our couples to ensure satisfaction from the beginning to the big day!

Our Premium All Inclusive Package is based off of 100 guests and for on a Saturday in peak wedding season. Guest counts must be finalized 45 days out, at minimum.

The package will include the following listed amenities (seasonal & non-Saturday discounts will be added or deducted according to the date of the event).

Allow our professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating team at The Venue at White Oaks Farm to help you to create your most memorable dream wedding!

Booking details

We require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with White Oaks Farm additional insured and the cost is approximately $125.

Table linens & host alcohol are handled through White Oaks and will be finalized & invoiced once final guest count & layout are confirm.

All vendors are required to provide a copy of their liability insurance.

A two day rental is required for any wedding with a guest count over 250.

A professional wedding planner is required for your event.

All alcohol is handled through White Oaks.
