Your venue rental plus complimentary venue concierge service provides unreasonable value and guidance for weddings and private events. Our hospitality team is focused on helping you build your completely bespoke vendor team from our preferred vendors list to create and achieve the perfect unique event. Because we understand that every detail counts.

Multi-Day Discount


Adding an additional day –$2,500 off the added day
This is a great option for our couples that are from out of town or simply want more time to relieve the time crunch of preparing and decorate the venue. Couples love having the additional time to be able to come in and drop wedding decor, have brunch while decorating, or their rehearsal dinner. The additional 8 hour day from 8am to 3pm or 1pm to 9pm will give you & vendors more time to get prepared for your event. This also offers all the time you need if the guest count is over 250 and your vendors need more time to get rented equipment, furniture or tent set up and breakdown completed.  Additional hourly rate applies if you need additional time.

Corporate & Hourly Prices


Corporate Events –  Elevate your company’s retreat or event by choosing our versatile space. Whether it’s a non-profit fundraiser, holiday party, awards ceremony, seminar or team-building retreat our venue is the perfect setting to fit your needs. Standard amenities are included with this package for up to 200 guests seated or much larger with cocktail style. All inclusive options are available & customizable. Rental rates are based on the single day rate listed above.

Weekday Hourly Rate- $800  Choose your desired location on the property to have your event. Whether it’s a birthday party on the lawns, a bridal shower in the main hall, or a family reunion on the veranda. It’s your private time. Hourly rate not available for weddings. Hourly bookings have a 6 hour minimum to allow for set up, event time & breakdown.

Alongside our experienced and most trusted vendors, the White Oaks team will handle the needed tasks offering time savings and the ease of burden off of our couples’ shoulders. It’s easy! You simply meet with our team initially to discuss your vision. With our guidance you select from our curated list of preferred vendors based on your personal preferences, then the planning process begins. Not to worry though, we coordinate with our couples to ensure satisfaction from the beginning to the big day!

Custom All-Inclusive Saturday Wedding Packages start at $47,000 for 100 guests

Approximately $200+ per additional guest, up to a total of 200 guests

Our All Inclusive Package price is based off of 100 guests. Whether your guest count is 50 or 200, more or less guest will be accounted for once we customize your package. All packages are completely customizable and will include some or all of the following listed amenities.

 Booking Details

A wedding or event planner is always required and must be chosen from our preferred list or approve by White Oaks.

We require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy & host liquor insurance with White Oaks Farm additional insured and the cost is approximately $125.

Table linens to be rented & host alcohol / BYO will be handled through White Oaks exclusively and will be finalized & invoiced once final guest count & layout are confirmed.

Wedding planners, DJ’s and Catering vendors must be chosen from our curated vendors list. All other vendors needed for your event must be simply approved before you book the vendor.

All events with guest count over 200 are required to be approved by White Oaks to confirm your planning team is staffed properly and your table layout is to scale.

Events with a guest count over 200 are subject to an additional $1,000 additional venue staffing and cleaning fee plus a two day rental for set up.
