This 9,800 sq. ft. venue can accommodate up to 250 guests with a dance floor or 450 with cocktail style seating in the main hall and use of the veranda and outdoor spaces. Multiple outdoor ceremony sites include a custom open-air chapel, waterfront pier hexagon art piece, picture frame art lawn, firepit, and a side courtyard with café lighting. There’s no need to plan around the weather with our spacious and convenient indoor venue space—bring your guests indoors any time of year with our air conditioning and heating system to keep them comfortable. Our indoor and outdoor wedding venue offers the best of both environments’ amenities for your event.
Our Venue Coordinator is not to be confused with your wedding coordinator, you are required to have a day of planner for your event.
8:30am – 9:30am Arrival of bridal party, hair and make-up, planner, and any rentals to start the day.
10am – 12pm Photographer, groomsman’s, and florist arrive to start preparing for the day.
1pm – 4pm The bakery, catering, bartending, dj & videographer set up and all decorations are complete.
5pm – 6pm Guest arrival, wedding party is prepped & finally the ceremony.
6pm – 7pm Cocktail hour takes place while photographer works their magic with the wedding party.
7pm – 8pm Announcements, first dance, toast, cake & reception take place.
8pm – 10pm Dance floor opens and the celebrations continues.
10pm – 10:30 pm Last call and departure of the Newlyweds occurs.
10:30pm – 11pm Planner removes all personal belongs. Family & guests depart for the evening.
11pm – 12pm Building breakdown, vendors and rentals exit the property.
